Roof Restoration Project – Dry Ridge System, Full Roof De-Moss & Tile Repairs in Ash Vale
Another full roof restoration project completed by the team, this time in Ash Vale, where the property required multiple areas of attention to restore the roof back to proper working condition.
The existing ridge system had begun to deteriorate, moss build-up across the roof had become extensive, and several damaged tiles were identified during inspection which were creating potential future leak risks.
Rather than allowing further deterioration, the customer asked us to fully restore the roof and bring everything back up to standard.
Works Completed
For this project we carried out:
✔ Installation of a brand new dry ridge roofing system
✔ Full mechanical fixing of ridge tiles for improved long-term security
✔ Complete roof de-moss and clean across the entire property
✔ Removal of moss build-up from all tiled surfaces
✔ Replacement of multiple broken and damaged roof tiles
✔ Full inspection of surrounding roof areas and general maintenance checks
✔ Final clean down and completion inspection
The new dry ridge system provides a far stronger and maintenance-free alternative to traditional mortar bedding, while the roof clean and tile replacements help restore both the appearance and long-term condition of the roof.
