New Roof & Dormer Cladding Installation – Farnham, Surrey
We recently completed a full new roof installation and dormer cladding upgrade in Farnham, Surrey, transforming this property with a complete external refurbishment to both improve weather protection and enhance the overall appearance of the roofline.
The existing roof had reached the stage where a full replacement was the best long-term solution. As part of the project, we also carried out a full dormer renovation, replacing tired external finishes and upgrading the detailing to ensure the structure was both fully protected from the elements and finished to a high standard.
By stripping the roof back and rebuilding with new materials throughout, we were able to provide the property with a much more durable, secure, and visually improved roofing system.
Scope of Works
• Full strip of the existing roof covering

Dormer Upgrade
The dormer itself was a major part of this project. Once the old external coverings were removed, we prepared the structure and installed new cladding to give it a fresh, modern appearance while also improving protection against driving rain and long-term weather exposure.
The new dark cladding works really well against the roof finish and white rainwater goods, creating a much sharper and more contemporary look.
The Result
The finished roof and dormer now provide a fully renewed, weather-tight roofing system built for long-term performance.
Not only has the property benefited from a complete roofing upgrade, but the new dormer cladding and finishing details have also significantly improved the overall kerb appeal of the home.
This was a great transformation in Farnham, Surrey, leaving the customer with a roof that is strong, secure, and built to last.
