New Timber Flat Roof Construction
The first stage involved constructing the new timber roof structure and preparing a strong, level base for the finished roofing system.
New structural timberwork was installed around the roof area, including the formation of the two substantial rooflight openings.
Once the timber structure was complete, the entire roof was covered with new OSB roofing boards, creating a solid and consistent deck ready to receive the waterproofing system.

Two Large Rooflight Openings Formed
