✅ GRP Roof Replacement & Flat Roof Repairs in Eastleigh, Hampshire – 5★ Local Specialists
TCG South Roofing recently completed a GRP roof replacement and flat roof repair project in Eastleigh, Hampshire after a failing GRP flat roof began leaking extensively across the property. The existing roof was no longer providing effective protection and required a full renewal to prevent further internal damage.
🚧
The Problem: Failing GRP Roof Causing Widespread Leaks
Upon inspection, it was clear the GRP roof had deteriorated significantly and was allowing water to penetrate across multiple areas of the roof. This posed a serious risk of:
• Ongoing water ingress
• Saturated or damaged insulation
• Potential damage to internal ceilings and roof timbers
Left unresolved, this type of failure can quickly lead to rot, mould growth, and costly internal repairs.
